La plage horaire donnée correspond aux heures entre lesquelles le technicien se présentera, par exemple entre 8h et midi. La durée d'un nettoyage climatiseur/thermopompe mural 3 zones est environ 1h30 à 2h. ENTRETIEN DE L'UNITÉ INTÉRIEURE - Protection supérieure des planchers - Vérification des bruits ou vibrations anormales, du drain, de l’état général du serpentin et de l'état physique de l’unité - Prise de température de toutes les zones - Nettoyage du serpentin, ventilateur, boîtier et panneau avec laveuse à pression calibré-spécialisé - Application d’un produit non-toxique pour prévention contre les odeurs, moisissures et bactéries ENTRETIEN DE L'UNITÉ EXTÉRIEURE - Vérification de l’état général du serpentin et de l'état physique (dommages) - Inspection du drain/test du drain et des bruits ou vibrations anormales - Examination complète de l’unité (Sécurité et fixation) - Nettoyage de la ligne de condensation - Lavage à pression du serpentin, ventilateur, base de l’unité, grille et couvercle. *Si un unité est situé à plus de 10' du sol, il pourrait y avoir un extra de 30$ (cage d'escalier, toit, ect.) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- When you book a time slot, it includes a 4-hour block, which means that a technician will show up at your home during this period. Wall-mounted air conditioner/heat pump cleaning: Interior unit maintenance - Protection of floors; - Verification of abnormal noises or vibrations, drain, the general state of the serpentin & the physical state of the unit - Temperature intake of all zone - Replacement of the batteries of the remote control and disinfection - Cleaning of the serpentin, fan, housing and panel with calibrated pressure range-specialized - Application of a non-toxic product for prevention against odors, molds and bacteria. - Verification of the general state of the serpentin coil and the physical state (damage); - Inspection of the drain/test of the drain and abnormal noises or vibrations; - Complete unit examination (security and fixing); - Cleaning of the condensation line; - Washing pressure serpentin coil, fan, unit base, grid and lid. *If a unit is located more than 10' from the ground, there could be an extra charge of $30 (stairwell, non-standard height, roof, ect.)
